Shipping policy
Please keep in mind that processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once the order has shipped, it is in the hands of our shipping partners (UPS or USPS). We will provide you with a tracking number if applicable. Please note that a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may result in potential delays. Please be patient and let us know if we can help! Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We are unable to provide international shipping at this time. Once we have product in stock, we'll be working out flat-rate shipping for international customers. If you are outside of the USA and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us at customerservice@toughcutie.com and let us know!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@toughcutie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that if you choose to receive your shipment via UPS, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you would like to receive your package at a P.O. Box, please select the US Postal Service (USPS) at check out.Â
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a "we'll make it right" return policy, which means if you have a problem after receiving your item we'll make it right.To start a return, you can contact us at returns@toughcutie.com. Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@toughcutie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
